2. Back/Biceps
3. Legs + Abs
1 Rest day
Weekends - Cardio + classes, may add biceps in here also as working them after back isn't working too well!
OTHER CARDIO/ACTIVITIES
Bellydancing x 1 week
Kickboxing
Daily walking 5-8 miles ** for transport
Running
Current diet :
1g protein per lb weight
1200-1400cals
Daily
Vitamin C
Whey (Body Fortress) x2
Berocca
Currently playing with different macros, so will see what happens with that!!
